The Collective leverage the brand’s owned recipes to highlight a seasonal shopping moment to inspire buyers. Additionally, through Albertsons solution-based ecommerce site, the fully branded recipes were organically featured on “Recipes,” “Meal Plan,” and relevant product pages to meet online browses where they are searching.

The shoppable recipes and onsite media won over new buyers with 20% of purchases being from new to brand shoppers. Overall, shoppers purchased more with recipe inspiration as proved out by a 7% lift in basket size. The brand capitalized on a high entertaining time of year, December and January, and was rewarded with a 56% increase in return on ad spend (ROAS) and a 114% increase in conversion over performance benchmarks.
